Having formerly worked as an environmental professional, I can appreciate the challenges behind national security protection and the need for environmental risk evaluation and analysis. I would add to your argument that the &quot;public right-to-know&quot; is equally important. As a concerned citizen, homeowner and parent, one should have access to water well information to determine potential threats to one&#039;s self, one&#039;s family and/or one&#039;s property. Mapping systems made available to the public by regulatory agencies would be helpful in this.</description>
